There's no question, Ivey has brothers. Tonight, she found the diaper bag on the floor. Of course, she threw it open and began taking every item out, one by one, as usual. In the bottom of the bag was her little baby doll... that she loves dearly. Her face lit up! She grabbed it and showed it to me, "Ga!" She gave it a couple kisses... and then...
She growled her funny growl (that she most definitely copied from Asa and Addison) and tackled Baby to the ground. She pounced on Baby over and over making her funny little "arrrrggg" growls and squealing with delight. This is, of course, how the boys usually play with her. They give her big kisses and hugs, tell her how super cute she is... and then make a bunch of very loud funny noises and play-wrestle with her as she laughs her little head off. I hope Baby enjoyed the game as much as Ivey always does!
The only problem? There's gonna be a REAL baby in the house soon! Guess this one's going to have to be even tougher than Miss Ivey is! (Speaking of our new little peanut... we will find out tomorrow if we are having another sweet little boy or evening the playing field with a second girl! I can't wait!!)
