Addison-isms

He's been spouting off some good ones lately.

Last night, I was helping Ivey practice walking (she's up to 12 steps!) and I asked them to clap for her when she finishes. She walked, they clapped, and she loved the attention! Their reaction made her stand right back up and go again.

Addison says, "When I was at Disney World, I saw them training an iguana."

Last week was one of those weeks where Jeff had to work late every single night. Towards the end of the week, he made it home for dinner. I was frazzled and sick of everyone asking me for 8 million things. I just wanted to sit and eat. At the table, Addison drank his grape juice, which splashed up the cup and into his eye. (I usually put grape juice in a cup with a lid... but didn't this time out of sheer exhaustion.)

Addison started to speak, "You shou..."

I stopped him and said, "If I hear the words 'you should' or 'your shouldn't' I am going to SCREAM!!!!"

Addison looks at me. He taps on the top of his cup with his index finger.

"Put a lid on it"
